DEMIblue packages and ships your order the same business day before 2:00 PM central. Order after this time will be packaged and shipped next business day to exclude weekends and holidays. DEMIblue is not responsible for any delays on part of the shipping company. Once your order has been shipped, you may contact the shipping company with your tracking number for an update on your package.
USA Customers
We do not estimate shipping costs. We ship from St. Louis, MO, and typically use USPS Ground or FedEx, because they provide us with good service at very good rates.
Ground Shipments will be sent via USPS Ground, USPS Home Delivery or FedEx. The shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Please advise us if the address we are shipping to is a commercial or residential address as this effect the shipping charges. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. Additional delivery charges may apply for returned deliveries with inaccurate content (Suite #, Office #, etc).
International Customers
All customers outside of the U.S.A. must provide us with the name of a freight forwarder to handle their shipment OR we can use your FedEx account. If we are going to use your FedEx account and you have ordered polish in bulk, then the only way we can ship via FedEx is by FedEx International Priority
Your Satisfaction is DEMIblue's priority. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty days from the date of shipment.
